We produce precision turned parts for third parties from bars, bar segments or stamped parts, with sliding headstock lathes and dual-spindle lathes. This variety of technologies allows us to produce both small, highly customised quantities and large series with maximum repeatability.

Our regularly audited qualified suppliers and in-house machining allow us to ensure a full range of complementary processes in compliance with the highest quality standards.

Lapping and polishing

We work with qualified partners for finishing operations that improve surface roughness and make components suitable for high-precision industries such as hydraulics.

Laser or mechanical marking

We make permanent markings in-house to ensure coding, traceability and customisation of parts with logos, codes or numbering.

Heat treatment

We work with qualified partners for heat treatment that meets the mechanical characteristics of the material required by the customer.

Surface treatments

Protective and functional finishes such as zinc plating, anodising, burnishing, nickel plating, chrome plating, DLC and chemical nickel plating ensure greater durability and performance.

Component assembly

All assembly steps are carried out in-house by our dedicated team with optimised processes that ensure precision and consistency on every part, as well as complete control over quality and timing.

Thermal and manual deburring

We perform both internal and external thermal and manual deburring to remove machining residue and achieve clean and safe surfaces.

Grinding

We use specialised partners to grind internal and external diameters, micrometric tolerances and high finishes.

Ultrasonic cleaning

We have dedicated equipment for washing parts, so as to ensure deep cleaning and controlled contamination standards.

Customised packaging

We offer customised packaging solutions according to customer requirements, in order to ensure protection and convenience during logistics and delivery.
