Design for manufacturability (DfM)
Optimised design for CNC production. We analyse materials, tolerances and finishes to ensure truly manufacturable solutions. We suggest design modifications to improve productivity and reliability and to reduce costs.
Choice of materials and treatments
The right material for every application. We recommend the most suitable material based on strength, workability and cost. We evaluate heat and surface treatments to achieve the required performance.
Rapid prototyping and sampling
Quick turnaround from idea to prototype.
We produce samples and prototypes to customer specifications and validate components before series production.
CAD/CAM support and work cycles
From simulation to the machining cycle. We use 3D modelling and CAM software to create optimised CNC programmes, reduce cycle times and ensure safe machining.
Integration with the customer’s technical department
A technical partner by your side. We share revisions, file versions and technical documentation (PPAP, ISIR, etc.) so they can be integrated into customer processes.
